摘要
为了解决地下盐穴储气库注采管线与造腔管线合并带来的造腔期的卤水腐蚀问题,采用水腐蚀性测试方法,研究了地下盐穴储气库卤水管道工况和介质对管道腐蚀的影响规律。研究结果表明,温度、卤水浓度、溶解氧含量、流速均会加剧卤水对A3钢的腐蚀,结合卤水管道应用工况,建议选用双金属复合钢管,既能起到优良的耐蚀防护作用,又能在一定程度上降低成本,对实际工业生产具有较高的经济价值。
In order to solve the problem of brine corrosion in the cavity period caused by the merger of the underground salt cave gas storage pipeline and the cavity pipeline,the test method for corrosivity of water was used to study the effect of working condition and medium on corrosion of brine pipeline in underground salt cavern gas storage.The results show that temperature,brine concentration,dissolved oxygen content and flow rate will aggravate the corrosion of A3 steel by brine.Combined with the application conditions of brine pipeline,it is suggested to choose bimetallic composite steel pipe,which can not only play a good role in corrosion protection but also reduce the cost to a certain extent,and has high economic value for practical industrial production.
