摘要
冻土地区土壤冻胀融沉给埋地管道造成了额外载荷,导致管道应力水平过高,威胁管道的安全运行,但目前尚无有效的应力测量技术能够直接对变形管道受力情况进行准确评价。针对某处高寒冻土区存在融沉现象的管道,应用超声波应力测量技术开展了管道在线轴向应力检测,通过应力测量结果对管道的受力状况和褶皱成因进行了分析。从工程应用的角度探讨了超声波应力测量技术的适用性。结果表明:当前状况下管道轴向应力为压应力,应力最大值超过管材屈服强度,是管道变形和褶皱产生的主要原因;超声波应力测量技术能够准确测量管段在线应力,是评价管道安全状况的有效手段。
The soil frost heaving and thawing settlement in frozen soil area has caused additional load to the buried pipeline.The high stress level of the pipeline has brought great challenges to the structural integrity and safe operation of the pipeline.However, there is no effective stress measurement technology that can directly evaluate the stress of the deformed pipeline.Aiming at the pipe with thawing settlement phenomenon in a certain alpine frozen soil area, ultrasonic stress measurement technology was applied to carry out axial stress detection of the pipe, and the stress status and cause of folding of the pipe were analyzed through the stress measurement results. The applicability of ultrasonic stress measurement technology is discussed from the perspective of engineering application. The results show that the axial stress of the pipe is compressive stress, and the maximum stress exceeds the yield strength of the pipe, which is the main reason for the deformation and folding of the pipe.Ultrasonic stress measurement technology can accurately measure the online stress of pipe section, which is an effective means to evaluate the safety of pipeline.
