一种考虑污染影响的内啮合齿轮泵侧板磨损模型

摘要 为摸清内啮合齿轮泵浮动侧板磨损寿命与齿轮泵容积效率和寿命之间的定量关系,提出一种考虑污染颗粒影响的内啮合齿轮泵浮动侧板磨损模型。提出的磨损模型考虑了污染物尺寸、浓度和材料属性等影响因素,定量分析在不同工况下浮动侧板与齿轮轴运动副的磨损特性。对船舶使用工况下的浮动侧板磨损特性进行了分析计算,进行了500 h加速耐久试验,并对试验前后浮动侧板关键部位的磨损量进行了计量分析,结果和提出磨损模型分析结果一致,证明了磨损加速试验的实用性。 Wear is one of the main reasons that affecting the life of internal gear pumps.Accelerated life test(ALT)method is available as long as the relation between the wear condition and running parameters is clarified.One wear model of floating plate of gear pump considering the influence of pollution particles was proposed.The moving pair of the floating plate and the gear is the key pair of internal gear pump,and its wear is the main factor leading to the decrease of the volumetric efficiency of the pump.The wear model proposed in this paper took into account factors such as size,concentration,and material of contamination particles,and quantitatively analyzed the wear characteristics under different working conditions.This research analyzed and calculated the wear characteristics of the floating plate under the working conditions.The analysis results are validated by the consistency with the measuring wear of floating plate before and after the a 500 hour durability test,which also give the conclusions that the present model is available when evaluating the lifetime by ALT method.
