摘要
为提高双层EFP的径向收缩性,设计了一种中心带孔的双层等壁厚球缺罩,运用Autodyn仿真软件,分别对前后罩开孔尺寸相同、前孔大后孔小、前孔小后孔大等情况的EFP成型过程进行了数值模拟,对中心带孔药型罩结构参数进行了正交优化实验,实验结果表明:C_(1)>C_(2)时,EFP有较优的长径比,相比普通EFP具有较细长的头部且材料利用率较高,通过正交优化发现L/D_(k)=1、R=160 mm、h=1 mm、m=7 mm、C_(1)=6 mm、C_(2)=4 mm时成型最优,在300μs时,长径比比不开孔提高25%。
In order to improve the radial shrinkage of double-layer EFP,a double-layer equal-wall thickness spherical liner with central hole was proposed.Autodyn simulation software was used to numerically simulate the forming process of EFP under the conditions of the same opening size of the front and rear liners,large front hole and small rear hole,and small front hole and large rear hole,respectively.The orthogonal optimization experiment was carried out on the structural parameters of the liner with central hole.The results show that when C_(1)>C_(2),EFP has a better aspect ratio,and at the same time,compared with ordinary EFP,it has a slender head and high material utilization rate.Found by orthogonal optimization,L/D_(k)=1,R=160 mm,h=1 mm,m=7 mm.When C_(1)=6 mm,C_(2)=4 mm,the molding is optimal,and the aspect ratio is increased by 25%compared with the non-opening at 300μs.
