摘要 针对典型破片侵彻混凝土毁伤情况分析的问题,根据侵彻深度和影响因素的无量纲关系,开展混凝土靶缩比模型等效设计,利用排沙法准确获取毁伤参数;通过试验设计,构建毁伤测试系统,开展5 g、10 g和15 g,速度在800~1500 m/s范围内多种工况侵彻混凝土试验,分析试验现象,定义毁伤孔型类型;通过试验数据分析表明:中、低质量条件下的圆柱破片对混凝土靶形成破碎区的比例最大,能够对靶板同时形成轴向和径向毁伤,毁伤效应最强,而当圆柱破片质量提升至15 g时,几乎无法对混凝土靶产生破碎效应;长方体和球形破片也存在类似情况,低质量破片更利于对靶板形成破碎效应,而中、高质量长方体破片毁伤主要模式为崩落破坏,随着破片质量提高,崩落破坏和无崩落破坏的比例提高;此结论可供靶场试验终点建筑物、混凝土掩体的设计参考。 In order to analyze the problem of typical fragments invaded concrete,according to the dimensionless relationship between depth of invasion and influencing factors,we can carry out the scaled model of equivalent design of the concrete targets,and using the sand-removal method to accurately obtain damage parameters.Through test design,we can construct the damage test system and then carry out multiple working conditions test just like using fragments weighting 5 g,10 g or 15 g,and speed in the range of 800 m/s to 1500 m/s,to invade concrete.Through these test we can analyze the test phenomenon and define the type of damage hole.Test data analysis shows that the cylindrical fragments in middle or low quality conditions cause the largest proportion of the destruction area on concrete targets.At the same time,radiation and radial damage were formed on the target board,which is also the strongest.When the quality of the cylindrical fragment is increased to 15 g,it is almost unable to generate a crushing effect on the concrete targets.There is also a similar law in the rectangular and spherical fragments that low-quality fragments are more favorable to form a crushing effect on target boards,and the main model of damage is falling damage by the medium or high quality rectangular fragment.With the improvement of the quality of fragments,the proportion of falling damage and no-falling damage were improved.This conclusion can be used to support the protection of the buildings and concrete bunker in test end area.
