摘要
某电厂3号335MW机组在尾部烟道增设高、低能级深度降烟温装置,利用烟气余热加热机组凝结水和锅炉送风。通过试验,分别改变高能级的取水水温和取水水量,并通过EBSILON建立模型,将模型进行变工况模拟,得到的模拟热耗值与试验热耗值进一步比较分析,得出3号335MW机组深度降烟温系统热耗在320MW、280MW和240MW负荷下的变化规律,以及各工况下的最佳取水温度与最佳取水水量。
The 335MW unit 3 of a power plant is equipped with high and low energy level deep flue gas temperature reduction devices in the tail flue to use the waste heat of flue gas to heat the condensed water of the unit and supply air to the boiler. Through the test, the water intake temperature and water intake volume of the high-energy level are respectively changed, and the model is established through ebsilon. The simulation heat consumption value obtained is further compared with the test heat consumption value, and the change law of the heat consumption of the deep flue gas temperature reduction system of No. 3335 MW unit under 320MW, 280MW and 240MW loads, as well as the optimal water intake temperature and water intake volume under various conditions are obtained.
