摘要
工业生产排放的有机化合物(VOCs)普遍存在于各行业,该物质中化学成分复杂,性质也有所区别,需要采用针对性的排放要求和治理技术对排放尾气进行处理。本文梳理了生产实践中使用频率高的VOCs治理技术、追踪VOCs的研究进展,分析多种治理技术综合使用的成效,并以具体的案例来进行技术应用研究,通过各类技术对比,选择等离子体技术来进行实际应用探讨,以期为VOCs治理技术的选择和有效应用提供对策建议。
Organic compounds(VOCs) emitted from industrial production are commonly found in various industries.The chemical composition of this substance is complex and its properties are different. It is necessary to adopt targeted emission requirements and treatment technologies to treat the exhaust gas. This paper combs the VOCs treatment technology with high frequency in production practice, tracks the research progress of VOCs, analyzes the effect of comprehensive use of various treatment technologies, and conducts technical application research with specific cases. Through comparison of various technologies, plasma technology is selected for practical application discussion, with a view to providing countermeasures and suggestions for the selection and effective application of VOCs treatment technology.
