医联体内骨科护士深静脉血栓知识现状及影响因素研究

Knowledge on deep vein thrombosis among orthopedic nurses and its influencing factors in medical treatment combination

目的调查医联体内骨科护士深静脉血栓知识掌握情况及其影响因素。方法采用“护理人员围手术期预防患者深静脉血栓形成知信行现状调查问卷”对医联体成员单位的306名护士进行调查。结果医联体内骨科护士深静脉血栓知识的平均知晓率为57.30%,知晓率最低的3个问题为深静脉血栓的继发因素、围手术期深静脉血栓的高发期和物理方法预防深静脉血栓的禁忌,知晓率分别为17.97%、19.93%、34.97%。护士的职称、责任护士年限、医院是否有深静脉血栓防治护理学组是其知识水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医联体内骨科护士深静脉血栓预防知识水平受职称、责任护士年限、医院有无深静脉血栓防治护理学组等因素的影响。今后,应借助医联体内优势的骨科医疗和护理资源,制定标准化深静脉血栓预防护理规范,为医联体内骨科护士深静脉血栓预防工作的开展提供指导依据。

Objective To investigate the knowledge of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and its influencing factors among orthopedic nurses under medical treatment combination.Methods Totally 306 nurses were investigated with Questionnaire on Knowledge,Belief,and Practice of Nurses in Preventing DVT during the perioperative period.Results The average awareness rate of the Nurses'DVT knowledge was 57.30%.The three lowest awareness rates were the secondary factors of DVT(17.97%),DVT high incidence period(19.93%),and the taboos of physical DVT prevention(34.97%).The professional title of nurses,working years,and whether the hospital had a DVT preventive nursing group were the influencing factors of DVT knowledge level(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge level of DVT prevention among orthopedic nurses in the medical treatment combination is affected by professional titles,working years,and whether the hospital has DVT prevention and treatment nursing group.Standardized nursing specifications for DVT should be established to provide guidance for nurses to prevent DVT under the medical treatment combination.
