摘要
目的探讨将家庭赋权方案应用于癫痫患儿主要照顾者对其综合照顾能力及照顾准备度的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年12月首次入住儿科的癫痫患儿主要照顾者100名随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组实施癫痫常规健康教育,试验组在实施常规健康教育的同时再实施家庭赋权计划干预,评价两组癫痫患儿主要照顾者的照顾能力、照顾准备度。结果试验组癫痫患儿主要照顾者的综合照顾能力和照顾准备度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭赋权方案在癫痫患儿主要照顾者群体中的应用,提高了其照顾癫痫患儿的综合照顾能力及照顾准备度,对癫痫患儿的康复起到促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of the family empowerment program on the comprehensive care ability and care preparedness for main caregivers of children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 100 main caregivers of children with epilepsy from September 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received routine health education,the experimental group was given family empowerment program based on routine health education.The care ability and care preparedness of two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive care ability and care preparedness of the main caregivers in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family empowerment program can improve main caregivers'comprehensive care ability and care preparedness,and promote the rehabilitation of children with epilepsy.
