摘要
为了解决目前研究的自动化采集系统存在的灵敏度低、数据的丢包率和误码率高、采集效果差等问题,设计了基于MES平台的生产线数据自动化采集系统,该系统设计了硬件和软件环境,采用STM32F103VE微处理器的数据采集器进行数据采集,以PLC为主控制器实现系统的主动控制,利用OPC接口完善系统的数据传输功能和通信功能。利用嵌入式Linux驱动程序,根据操作系统,进一步完善系统功能,协调硬件设备和软件程序共同运行,提升基于MES平台的生产线数据自动化采集系统的综合性能。实验结果表明,基于MES平台的生产线数据自动化采集系统具有更好的灵敏度,数据的丢包率和误码率更低,采集效果更好。
In order to solve the problems of low sensitivity,high data packet loss rate and bit error rate,and poor collection effect in the current automated acquisition system.An automatic data acquisition system of production line based on MES platform is designed. The hardware and software environment of the system are designed. The data acquisition device of STM32F103VE microprocessor is used for data acquisition. PLC is used as the main controller to realize the active control of the system. OPC interface is used to improve the data transmission function and communication function of the system.Using the embedded Linux driver,according to the operating system,further improve the system function,coordinate the hardware equipment and software program to run together,improve the comprehensive performance of the production line automatic data acquisition system based on MES platform.The experimental results show that the production line data automatic collection system based on MES platform has better sensitivity,lower data packet loss rate and bit error rate,and better collection effect.
