党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。在定点考察调研中发现,将全域党建模式运用于基层治理,有助于提升基层组织力、推动区域协同发展、满足群众多元需求,为新形势下创新基层治理模式提供了重要经验。新时代提升基层治理实效,必须构建全方位监督体系以明晰基层权责界限,推进人才队伍建设以夯实可持续发展根基,强化信息技术应用以提高党建信息化水平,努力实现基层党建引领与治理效能双向提升。
