Public-funded normal students majoring in ideology and politics are an important force in the construction of ideological and political courses in the future. At present, the professional ability training of public-funded normal students in ideological and political majors faces problems such as imperfect policy system, unclear training orientation, and insufficient learning drive of normal students.In order to cultivate high-quality public-funded normal students majoring in ideological and political courses that meet the needs of the integration of ideological and political courses in universities, middle and primary schools, it is necessary to focus on the following tasks:strengthen policy guarantees to ensure the effectiveness of training;improve training programs and strengthen source training;stimulate the awareness of teachers in public-funded normal students, and temper the ability to educate people.
