新加坡智慧城市网络安全保障机制及对“智慧安康”建设的启示

Singapore’s Smart City Network Security Assurance Mechanism and Its Enlightenment to the Construction of “Smart Ankang”

随着“智慧安康”建设的持续推进,网络安全保障工作的重要意义愈加凸显。以进一步提升“智慧安康”网络安全保障水平为目的,从顶层设计、组织结构、法律法规及具体措施4个方面,系统梳理和研究了新加坡智慧城市网络安全保障机制。通过对比,分析了“智慧安康”网络安全保障工作的现状和存在问题,并提出了相应的对策与建议。

With the continuous advancement of the construction of “Smart Ankang”, the importance of network security assurance has become more and more prominent. In order to further improve the level of “smart Ankang” network security assurance, from the top-level design, organizational structure, laws and regulations and specific measures, it systematically sorts out and researches the network security assurance mechanism of Singapore. Through comparison, the current situation and problems of “Smart Ankang” network security work are analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
