摘要
为了研究巴氏杆菌噬菌体对兔巴氏杆菌病的防治作用,首先从病死兔中分离巴氏杆菌,利用双层平板法进行噬菌体的分离,并对噬菌体的裂解谱、最佳感染复数、温度及pH稳定性和动物试验等进行检测。结果表明:分离出53株巴氏杆菌和11株巴氏杆菌噬菌体;噬菌体PRS05裂解率最高达64.15%(34/53),为短尾噬菌体;最佳感染复数为1,在pH值为5~11以及低于50℃条件下保持很好的稳定性;对兔巴氏杆菌病保护率达70%,巴氏杆菌噬菌体能够有效防治兔巴氏杆菌病的发生。
In order to study the prevention and control effect of Pasteurella phage on rabbit pasteurellosis,Pasteurella was isolated from dead rabbits,then phage was isolated by double-layer plate method.Phage host range,the optimal multiplicity of infection(MOI),temperature and p H stability,and animal experiment were also determined.The results showed that 53 strains of Pasteurella and 11 strains of Pasteurella phage were isolated.PRS05was a virulent podoviridae bacteriophage with the highest lysis rate of 64.15%(34/53).The optimal multiplicity of infection(MOI) was 1,and it has a good stability at p H 5 —11 and below 50 ℃.The protection rate of phage against rabbit pasteurellos is 70%,so phage can effectively control the occurrence of rabbit Pasteurella disease.
