脂肪和含硫氨基酸含量及其组合对母兔泌乳性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Fat and Sulfur-containing Amino Acid Content and Their Combination on Lactation Performance of Female Rabbits

摘要 为探讨脂肪和蛋氨酸对母兔泌乳性能的影响,选择1 040只同期分娩的健康经产伊高乐母兔,随机分成4个组,每组260只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1-3组分别在基础日粮中添加1%的脂肪、0.15%蛋氨酸和1%的脂肪+0.15%蛋氨酸,试验期35 d。结果表明:断奶窝重和断奶个体重所有试验组均优于对照组,其中试验3组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);同样,断奶成活率各试验组均高于对照组,其中试验3组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),与试验组1和试验2组差异显著(P>0.05),试验1组和试验2组与对照组亦差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明:泌乳母兔日粮中添加一定脂肪和蛋氨酸具有明显提高母兔泌乳力、促进仔兔生长发育和降低仔兔死亡率的作用,二者具有协同效应。根据本试验数据,泌乳母兔日粮中脂肪含量达到3.5%、含硫氨基酸总量达到0.73%效果良好。 In order to investigate the effects of fat and methionine on the lactation performance of female rabbits,1 040healthy multiparous Igole female rabbits delivered at the same time were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 260 rabbits in each group.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the experimental groups 1-3 were supplemented with 1% fat,0.15% methionine and 1% fat + 0.15% methionine in the basal diet,respectively.The experimental period was 35 days.The results showed that:the weaning litter weight and the weaning individual weight of all experimental groups were better than those of the control group,among which the difference between the experimental group 3and the control group was significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the other groups was not significant(P>0.05).Similarly,the survival rate of weaning in each experimental group was higher than that in the control group,among which the difference between the experimental group 3 and the control group was extremely significant(P<0.01),and it was significantly different from the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2(P<0.05).There were also significant differences between the test group 1 and test group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing a certain amount of fat and methionine in the diet of lactating female rabbits can significantly improve the lactation of female rabbits,promote the growth and development of young rabbits,and reduce the mortality of young rabbits.The two have a synergistic effect.According to the data of this experiment,it is recommended that the fat content of the lactating female rabbit′s diet should reach 3.5%,and the total amount of sulfur-containing amino acids should reach 0.73%.
