摘要
表观遗传修饰在心血管疾病调控中的作用受到广泛关注。饮食、运动、吸烟、环境污染等已成为心血管疾病表观遗传修饰的关键因素。运动可通过表观遗传修饰酶及表观遗传修饰通路参与冠心病、心肌肥厚及心力衰竭等疾病的发生、发展。本文就运动对心血管疾病表观遗传修饰影响的研究进展作一综述。
The regulatory role of epigenetic modification in cardiovascular diseases has attracted extensive attention. Diet, exercise, smoking and environmental pollution have become key factors of epigenetic modification in the cardiovascular system. Exercise participates in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure via epigenetic modification enzymes and epigenetic modification pathways. This paper reviews the research progress of the influence of exercise on epigenetic modifications of cardiovascular diseases.
