舍曲林联合帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁症的疗效及对患者HAMD评分的影响

Sertraline combined with paroxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression and its effect on the HAMD score

目的:研究对产后抑郁症患者实施舍曲林联合帕罗西汀治疗干预后,患者临床疗效、抑郁情绪改善及HAMD评分。方法:选取本院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的产后抑郁症患者共154例,将其随机分组,给予舍曲林联合帕罗西汀治疗干预措施组为观察组,给予常规治疗干预措施组为对照组,观察组和对照组各77例患者。对比两组患者的临床疗效、抑郁情绪改善及HAMD评分。结果:干预期结束后,观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组,观察组HAMD评分显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对产后抑郁症患者实施舍曲林联合帕罗西汀治疗干预,可有效改善患者临床疗效,改善患者抑郁情绪,显著优化患者HAMD评分,故方案值得应用。

Objective:To study in depth the clinical efficacy,improvement of depression and HAMD score of patients with postpartum depression after sertraline combined with paroxetine treatment intervention.Methods:A total of 154 patients with postpartum depression admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into groups,treated with sertraline combined with paroxetine as the observation group,and given routine treatment interventions The group was the control group,with 77 patients in the observation group and the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of depression and HAMD score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the end of intervention,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The HAMD score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical intervention of sertraline combined with paroxetine in patients with postpartum depression can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and depression of the patients.The HAMD score of the patients is significantly optimized,so the program is worthy of application.
