叙事疗法对肝硬化腹水患者SCL-90评分与主观幸福感的影响分析

Effect of narrative therapy on SCL-90 score and subjective well-being in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites

目的:分析叙事疗法对肝硬化腹水患者90项症状清单(SCL-90)评分、主观幸福感评分的影响效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的80例肝硬化腹水患者为研究对象并利用随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组采取传统护理模式,观察组采取叙事疗法,1个月后比较两组患者的SCL-90评分(躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其他)、主观幸福感评分(幸福感指数、情感、生活满意度)差异。结果:护理前两组患者的SCL-90评分、主观幸福感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后SCL-90评分低于各组护理前、主观幸福感评分高于各组护理前,且观察组的SCL-90评分低于对照组,主观幸福感评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事疗法有助于改善肝硬化腹水患者心理健康水平、提升其主观幸福感,在今后护理工作中值得使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of narrative therapy on the 90-item symptom checklist(SCL-90)score and subjective well-being score in patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites.Methods:A total of 80 patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given traditional nursing mode,while the observation group was given narrative therapy.After 1 month,the SCL-90 scores(somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis,Others),subjective well-being scores(well-being index,emotion,life satisfaction)differences.Results:There was no significant difference in SCL-90 score and subjective well-being score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the SCL-90 score was lower than that before nursing,and the subjective well-being score was higher than that in each group before nursing,the SCL-90 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the subjective well-being score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative therapy can help improve the mental health and subjective well-being of patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites,and it is worthy of application in future nursing work.
