子宫奇异型平滑肌瘤诊治进展

Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of leiomyomas with bizarre nuclei

子宫平滑肌肿瘤具有较多亚型,子宫奇异型平滑肌瘤是其中之一,具有良好的预后,可行保守性手术,保留患者的生育功能,而子宫平滑肌肉瘤是来源于平滑肌的恶性肿瘤。如何对二者进行诊断、鉴别,对于指导治疗、评估预后有着重要意义。为此,本文对相关文献进行综述。

Uterine smooth muscle tumors have many subtypes.Uterine leiomyomas with bizarre nuclei is one of them with good prognosis,The patients who receive conservative surgery,the reproductive function can be preservated.Although,uterine leiomyosarcoma is a malignant tumor derived from smooth muscle.How to diagnose and differentiate them is of great significance for treatment and evaluating prognosis.For this reason,this paper reviews the relevant literature.
