分析拉网式与分级式检验法在血脂生化检验中的应用价值

Analyze the application value of the pull-net and hierarchical test methods in the blood lipid biochemical test

目的:分析拉网式与分级式检验法在血脂生化检验中的应用价值。方法:纳入本院于2020年1月至2021年1月收治的100例需接受血脂生化检验的女性患者为研究对象,分别行拉网式检验与分级式检验,对比分析患者在两种检查结果中呈现的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及脂蛋白a的检测结果。结果:两种检验方法所得的TC、TG、HDL-C指标基本一致(P>0.05),但分级式检验结果中的LDL-C以及脂蛋白a的检测指标与拉网式比较,数值较高,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在血脂生化检验中对患者实施分级式检验法,相对比拉网式检验来说,会产生偏高的检测数据,有利于提高检验准确度,为预后治疗提供有价值参考,同时还能降低经济成本,避免患者负担过大。

Objective:To analyze the application value of the pull-net and hierarchical test methods in the biochemical test of blood lipids.Methods:We included 100 female patients who were admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and January 2021 who were required to undergo lipid biochemical testing as the research subjects,and they were subjected to pull-net testing and hierarchical testing,respectively,to compare and analyze the results of the two examinations.The results of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and lipoprotein a are presented.Results:The TC,TG,HDL-C indicators obtained by the two inspection methods are basically the same(P>0.05),but the detection indicators of LDL-C and lipoprotein a in the hierarchical inspection results are compared with the pull-net method,and the data values are more High,statistical differences can be seen between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the blood lipid biochemical test,the grading test method is implemented for patients.Compared with the pull-net test,it will produce higher test data,which is beneficial to improve the test accuracy and provide a valuable reference for prognostic treatment.Reduce economic costs and avoid excessive burdens on patients.
