摘要
目的:调查天津市中医、中西结合医院N3层级护士创新能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取天津市6所三级甲等中医、中西医结合医院275名高年资护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、临床护理人员创新能力问卷对研究对象创新能力现状进行调查。结果:研究对象创新能力总分为(153.18±28.53)分,创新主体、创新过程、创新环境和压力、创新产品得分分别为(64.79±11.39)分、(45.75±8.36)分、(26.05±6.29)分、(16.60±5.26)分。创新能力呈中等偏上水平,中医护理技术掌握程度、论文发表数量、每年参加学术活动次数是创新能力影响的因素。结论:天津市中医、中西医结合医院高年资护士创新能力呈中等偏上水平,针对影响因素,护理管理者在人才培养过程中应精准施策,提高高年资护士创新能力,进一步提高医院核心竞争力。
Objective:To investigate the current status and influential factors of innovation ability in senior nurses of TCM hospital and integrative TCM and western medicine hospital.Methods:A total of 275 senior nurses from 6 Grade A TCM hospital and integrative TCM and western medicine hospitals in Tianjin were selected as research objects by convenience sampling.The self-designive general information questionnaire and clinical nurses’innovation ability questionnaire were used to evaluate the current situation of the research objects’innovation ability.Results:The total score of innovation ability was 153.18±28.53,and the scores of innovation subjects,innovation process,innovation environment and pressure,innovation products were 64.79±11.39,45.75±8.36,26.05±6.29,16.60±5.26,respectively.The innovation ability was above the medium level.The degree of mastery of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,the number of papers published,and the number of academic activities participated in each year were the influencing factors of innovation ability.Conclusion:Nursing managers will implement precise strategies according to the influencing factors in the process of talent training to improve the innovation ability of senior nurses and further enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
