Cultural Landscape Reshaping Path with Rural Revitalization as the Background

在传统文化复兴的政治语境下,乡村振兴作为国家战略被提出。乡村不仅是一种居住模式也是一种生活方式。为了探索其振兴路径,实现共同富裕的愿景,东莞市东坑镇井美村的实践以多功能文化景观为媒介从编制规划蓝图、梳理地域文化脉络、打造一批乡村景观小品、完善公共基础设施、复兴农业并与旅游结合等多方面进行重塑,呈现出治理后的图像。探索以人为中心,尊重、保护自然和生态环境,提高人的生活品质、生存质量和幸福感、获得感,实现乡村振兴的目的。

Rural revitalization,against the political background of traditional cultural renaissance,is put forward as a national strategy.The decay in the rural areas,in recent years,has begun with both cultural decline and population decrease.As a result,the phenomenon of"hollow village"and"left-behind village"needed to be paid attention again.Rural revitalization,however,is inseparable from an important cultural carrier-villagers,who bring the concept of modern civilization and social capital to the countryside,and practice in the countryside in the course of revitalizing it,for realizing sustainable development more easily.The preconditions for sustainable development are a harmless environment and ecological naturalization.Hence,agriculture and leisure can be integrated into a landscape with local characteristics by combining planting and culture and taking advantage of nature’s vast resources,coupled with rural landscape,forest and grass.Then,sub-regional industrial characteristics can be created,guide tourists into the countryside for experiencing the culture,local flavors and low-carbon lifestyle of farming,and finally enhance rural economic benefits.Moreover,a quality living environment and reliable economic benefits for local villagers can be provided through constructing and cultivating the relationship between people and their environment,establishing the relationship between people and food,as well as people and land,and consuming local products or resources produced at local region.Besides,the awareness of the public on modernization is also reflected in rural revitalization.More specifically,humans are the logical starting point for respecting and protecting nature and the ecological environment.Thus,the aim of rural revitalization is to improve people’s living quality and quality of life by taking people as the center.The countryside,as is well-established,is not only a mode of habitation but also a way of life.A countryside is an important place for integrating production,ecology and life,and the ultimate goal of a better life for the general public is to improve people’s living standards and realize modernization.Consequently,we should try our best to improve people’s living conditions based on the original village form,and explore its revitalization path,to finally realize the vision of common prosperity.The practice case of Jingmei Village,Dongkeng Town,Dongguan City,for instance,created a batch of rural landscape sketches,improved public infrastructure,remodeled revitalize agriculture,tourism and so on by multi-functional cultural landscape as the medium,and through the compilation of planning blueprint,combing regional cultural context.Finally,this village presented a thriving picture after governance.In brief,attention should be paid to people,respect and protect nature and the ecological environment,and improve people’s quality of life,quality of life and happiness,and sense of gain,to realize achieve rural revitalization eventually.It is hoped that in the future efforts will be accelerated to build livable,green,resilient,smart and humanistic villages to better meet the people’s expectations for a livable life in virtue of implementing protection and renewal actions,promptly responding to people’s concerns.
