蓄热式燃烧法处理卤代有机废气的健康风险评估及反应器优化设计

摘要 蓄热催化燃烧法(regenerative thermal oxidizer,RTO)作为有机废气的高效处理工艺之一,有着突出的优势,但RTO在处理卤代有机废气时也存在影响处理效率的问题,严重者会对环境和居民造成健康威胁。RTO结构设计与运行工况不佳均会导致RTO工作过程中产生如卤代多环芳烃和二恶英类物质,该类物质的危害性强且半衰期较长,长期暴露会对人体健康造成严重威胁。分析市场上现有三室RTO排放的废气并进行健康风险评估,发现RTO在处理卤代有机废气过程中暴露的问题;对照结果对三室RTO开展仿真试验,并对RTO结构进行改进与探讨。通过对RTO排放废气进行健康风险评估与RTO设备的优化,同时对RTO废气处理设备的合理化布局与生产监管给出建议,有效提升挥发性有机废气的治理能力。 As one of the efficient treatment processes of organic waste gas,the regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO)has outstanding advantages,but also has the problem of affecting the treatment efficiency when dealing with halogenated organic waste gas.In severe cases,it will pose a health threat to the environment and residents.The unscientific design of RTO and poor operating conditions will lead to the production of halogenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and dioxins during RTO operation.These substances are highly hazardous and have a long half-life.Long-term exposure will pose a serious threat to human health.The waste gas discharged from the existing three-room RTO in the market was analyzed and the health risk was assessed.It was found that RTO was exposed during the treatment of halogenated organic waste gas.According to the results,the simulation test of three-room RTO was carried out,and the RTO structure was improved and discussed.Through health risk assessment of RTO exhaust gas and optimization of RTO equipment,suggestions are given on rational layout and production supervision of RTO exhaust gas treatment equipment,so as to effectively improve the treatment capacity of volatile organic waste gas.
