专利申请文件是法律文献和技术文献的综合体,是申请人在申请专利权时必须提交的、对专利技术进行清楚完整说明的文件。随着中日经贸交流的增多,越来越多的日本专利申请进入中国。为了进一步提高日文专利申请文件的中文译文质量,尝试从实际专利审查过程中反馈出的译文问题,揭示专利申请文件日译中的特殊性,分析该领域日译中的注意点,如特殊的格式要求、特有的句型模式及中日专利法律不同等,并总结出对译者多元化要求的启示。

The patent application document is a composite of legal and technical literature,that must be submitted by the applicant when applying for patent rights and providing a clear and complete description of the patented technology.With the increase of the communication of the technology in China,more and more Japanese patent applications enter China.In order to further improve the quality of Chinese translations of Japanese patent application documents,an attempt is made to reveal the peculiarities in Japanese translations of patent application documents from the translation problems fed back from the actual patent examination process,analyse the points to note in Japanese translations in this field,such as special formatting requirements,unique sentence patterns,and differences in Chinese and Japanese patent laws,and draw insights into the diversification requirements for translators.
