面向控制的柴油机PPCI燃烧预测模型研究

摘要 柴油部分预混压燃PPCI燃烧对油气混合状态与边界条件敏感,面向控制的燃烧预测建模难度大。针对上述问题,对PPCI燃烧燃油喷射控制参数进行了敏感性分析,建立了PPCI柴油机韦伯函数线性化燃烧模型。研究表明:喷油参数的变化对燃烧参数具有较大敏感性,采用韦伯函数线性化方法建立的燃烧预测模型能够实时预测缸压与放热率等重要参数,模型参数的计算值与标定值相关系数大于0.98。 Diesel partial premixed compression ignition(PPCI) is sensitive to air-fuel mixing state and boundary conditions,so it is difficult to build a control-oriented combustion prediction model.In order to solve the above-referred problem,the sensitivity analysis of PPCI fuel injection control parameters was carried out,and the Weber function linearization combustion model of PPCI diesel engine was established.The results show that the change of fuel injection parameter has a great sensitivity to combustion parameter.The combustion prediction model established by using Weber function linearization method can predict important parameters such as cylinder pressure and heat release rate in real time,and the correlation coefficient between the calculated value and the calibration value of model parameter is greater than 0.98.
