出租车场景下电动汽车充换电模式分析

在简要介绍了碳达峰和碳中和目标下新能源汽车发展方向;充电设施缺口大,换电路线重回市场;相关政策并行支持充换电模式的前提下,以北京市电动出租车运营情况为例,分别从出租车司机收入、出租车公司单车利润、换电站和充电站利润等方面对出租车场景下电动汽车充电和换电模式的优缺点和经济效益情况进行了比较分析,得出换电模式总体经济性好于充电模式的结论,同时对未来充换电业务发展提出了一些建议。

The development direction of new energy vehicles under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization is briefly introduced.There is large insufficiency in charging facilities,and the route of battery changing returns to the market.Relevant policies support the battery charging and changing mode in parallel.Taking the operation of electric taxis in Beijing as an example,the advantages,disadvantages and economic benefits of the battery charging and changing mode of electric vehicles in the taxi scenario are compared and analyzed from the aspects of taxi driver income,single vehicle profit of taxi company,battery changing station and charging station profit,and it is concluded that the overall economy of the battery changing mode is better than that of the charging mode.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the future development of battery charging and changing business.
