县域范围内的水土、植物等资源受到了规模化的开发利用,导致水土流失加剧,影响了水土保持生态建设的高质量发展。为此,结合西峡县水土保持生态建设实践,了解其基本情况,分析西峡县开展水土保持生态建设实践的现状特点,梳理西峡县实施水土流失综合治理,大力推进水土保持生态建设实践的成功经验和做法,找出现存的问题,思考乡村振兴战略背景下县域水土保持生态建设实践的基本思路,提出县域生态建设实践的有效对策。为县域水土保持生态建设实践提供借鉴参考。

The large-scale development and utilization of water,soil,plants and other resources within the county has led to the intensification of water and soil loss and affected the high-quality development of ecological construction of water and soil conservation.Therefore,combined with the practice of Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Construction in Xixia County,we meed to understand the basic situation of Xixia County,analyze the current situation and characteristics of Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Construction in Xixia County,sort out Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Construction in Xixia County,and vigorously promote successful experiences and practices of Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Construction,so as to find out the existing problems,and think about the basic ideas of soil and water conservation ecological construction practice in Xixia County under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.We can put forward the effective countermeasures and paths of soil and water conservation ecological construction practice in Xixia County,so as to provide reference for the practice of ecological construction of soil and water conservation in the county.
