城乡供水一体化运行管理模式探究

Study on Integrated Operation and Management Mode of Urban and Rural Water Supply

近年来,随着乡村振兴战略的实施、城乡融合发展以及农村居民对美好生活的向往,农村供水的各项指标的要求也相应提高,全疆各县市在现有农村供水工程运行管理方式方法的基础上勇于探索,发展出诸多新模式。但依旧存在问题,制约着农村供水工程长效高质量发挥效益。文章基于岳普湖县城乡一体化视角,探索研究其运行管理模式,为后期实施城乡供水一体化运行管理改革提供参考。

In recent years,with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,urban and rural integration development and rural residents yearning for a better life,the requirements of rural water supply indicators are improved.All counties and cities in Xinjiang have bravely explored and developed many new models on the basis of existing rural water supply project operation and management methods But there are still some problems,which restrict the long-term and high-quality benefits of rural water supply projects.Based on the perspective of urban-rural integration of Yuepuhu County,this paper explores the operation and management mode of Yuepuhu County,and provides suggestions for the later implementation of urban-rural integrated operation and management reform of water supply.
