鹤壁市山城区水系连通规划设计

Planning and Design of Water System Connection in Shancheng District of Hebi City

摘要 在分析山城区水系特点的基础上结合自然人文特点,以实现水资源可持续利用、提高水资源统筹调配能力、增强抵御水旱灾害能力、改善河库生态环境、实现人水和谐为重要目标。规划以海绵城市建设理念为主导,通过多头并举建设水系连通体系,利用原有河网水系,采取局部贯通、疏拓整治、拆除等必要的工程措施,将区域内现有3条河流、1条支沟、1个灌区、9座水库以及鹤鸣湖连通成网,引入外围水资源,增加水源保障,提高水资源统筹调配能力,增强区域内抵御水旱灾害能力。形成“鹤鸣湖上一株藤,数点珍珠贯彩绳”的水林田湖一体的生态网络体系,彻底改变山城区的水生态环境,营造出更加和谐舒适的生态人居环境。 Based on the analysis of the characteristics of water system in Shancheng District,combined with the natural and cultural characteristics,the important goal is to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources,improve the overall allocation ability of water resources,enhance the ability to resist flood and drought disasters,improve the ecological environment of rivers and reservoirs,and realize the harmony between human and water.The planning is guided by the concept of sponge city construction.By building a water system connection system with multiple heads at the same time,the original river network water system is used,and necessary engineering measures such as local connection,dredging and renovation and demolition are taken to connect the existing three rivers,one branch ditch,one irrigation area,nine reservoirs and Heming lake into a network.The peripheral water resources are introduced to increase water source guarantee,improve the overall allocation capacity of water resources,and enhance the ability of the region to resist flood and drought disasters.It has formed an ecological network system integrating water,forest,land and lake,which is a vine on the Heming lake,and a few pearls run through the colorful rope.It has completely changed the water ecological environment of the mountain area and created a more harmonious and comfortable ecological living environment.
