On System Inclusiveness and Its Significance

系统包容性是指系统由各种不同质的要素及其相互关系构成的性质,包容性是系统生存和发展的根本依据。系统包容性要求主体树立包容性思维并具有宽广的胸怀和良好的品格,要求人们在工作上确立包容性方针并坚持好底线思维,要求我们在国际关系上为构建人类命运共同体而努力。坚持系统包容性思维有利于我们实现“两个百年”奋斗目标,推进中华民族伟大复兴,并为世界人民做出更大贡献。
