摘要
基于演化博弈理论,建立了相互竞争的企业群体在云制造模式下的演化博弈模型,研究了各主体决策的演化路径及互动机制,考虑了平台运营者如何根据制造企业的生产行为调整有效匹配率作为奖惩,进一步探索了惩罚机制对制造企业低碳策略选择时的影响。研究结果表明:云制造环境下,只有当制造企业采用低碳生产方式能够获胜并取得额外净收益时,企业才会选择低碳生产;云制造平台运营者可以根据制造企业的生产行为调整有效匹配率,促进制造企业进行低碳生产。但应制定相应的约束机制,使其权利在一定范围内发挥最大的激励作用;云制造平台需要建立高效的容错机制,做好资源分类、语义描述等工作,以提高平台的有效匹配率和整体服务水平。最后,本研究还将为云制造平台的运营过程提供建设性意见。
Based on the evolutionary game theory,the evolutionary game model of the competitive enterprise groups under the cloud manufacturing mode is established.The evolutionary paths and interaction mechanisms of the decision-making of each subject are studied.How the platform operator adjusts the effective matching rate as the reward and punishment according to the production behaviors of the manufacturing enterprises is considered.The influence of the punishment mechanisms on the low-carbon strategy selection of the manufacturing enterprises is further explored.The research results show that:under the cloud manufacturing environment,only when the manufacturing enterprises can win and gain additional net income by adopting low-carbon production mode,can they choose low-carbon production;the cloud manufacturing platform operator can adjust the effective matching rate according to the production behaviors of the manufacturing enterprises,and promote the manufacturing enterprises to carry out low-carbon production.However,the corresponding restraint mechanisms should be established so that their rights can exert the maximum incentive effect within a certain range.The cloud manufacturing platform needs to establish an efficient fault-tolerant mechanism,do a good job in resource classification,semantic description and other work to improve the effective matching rate and overall service level of the platform.Finally,the research will provide constructive suggestions for the operation process of cloud manufacturing platform.
