系统思维是新时代青年工作的重要特点。新时代青年工作的核心内容是从整体上、系统地认识青年、指引青年和发展青年。系统论视域下“青年”有三个向度,分别是作为生命系统的青年个体、作为社会行为系统的青年社会和作为思维系统的青年思想。系统思维为新时代青年工作提供了一个新的分析框架,新时代青年工作注重青年系统整体与要素的统一,青年系统开放与发展环境的协调,青年发展要素与发展目标的平衡。阐述和把握这种系统思维的实践意义,有助于我国加强对青年发展的整体设计,谋划我国青年事业的体制机制、政策方案,切实推动新时代我国青年事业科学发展。

Systematic thinking is an important feature of youth work in the new era.The core content of youth work in the new era is to understand,guide and develop youth as a whole and systematically.From the perspective of system theory,there are three dimensions to understand youth,namely,youth individual as life system,youth society as social behavior system and youth thought as thinking system.System thinking provides a new analytical framework for youth work in the new era.Youth work in the new era focuses on the unity of youth system as a whole and elements,the coordination of youth system opening and development environment,and the balance of youth development elements and development goals.To expound and grasp the practical significance of this kind of systematic thinking is helpful for our country to strengthen the overall design of youth development,plan the system mechanism and policy scheme of our youth cause,and promote the scientific development of our youth cause in the new era.
