鼓蜂窝序列多撑杆型索穹顶结构体系创新研究及预应力态分析 被引量:3

Structural form innovation and initial prestress analysis on drum-shaped honeycomb-type cable domes with multi-strut layout

摘要 提出鼓蜂窝序列多撑杆型索穹顶的结构形体,可应用于圆形平面开、闭口体育场馆等大跨度建筑屋盖.与蜂窝序列多撑杆型索穹顶结构形体的差异,在于把结构上弦采用两端尖的等腰六边形网格系列,改用两端平的“胖腰鼓”或“瘦腰鼓”腰鼓六边形网格系列,增添了建筑与结构造型的多样性,为优化设计提供更多方案.由于是采用多撑杆型体系,可使撑杆和整体结构的稳定性得以提高.提出了单撑杆型、双撑杆型、三撑杆型、四撑杆Ⅰ型、四撑杆Ⅱ型共五种形式的鼓蜂窝序列索穹顶;对每种形式的索穹顶,就其索杆布设、节点类型、拓扑关系、施工成形难易程度、预应力态节点平衡方程的建立、索穹顶预应力态分析等作了阐述,并进行了对比分析;文中还附有算例,且做了预应力态的参数分析.本文的研究可为索穹顶结构的选型、设计和施工提供新思路、新方案. A series of novel drum-shaped honeycomb-type cable domes with multi-strut layout,which can be applied to the roofs of large-span buildings such as circular stadiums with or without central opening,are proposed in this paper.These structures differ from the honeycomb-type cable domes in that,the upper layer of the structure adopts isosceles hexagonal grids with vertices setting on the radial axis,or salient or re-entrant hexagonal grids with two edges perpendicular to the radial axis.These topological innovations not only increase the diversity of structural forms as well as architectural appearance,but also provide more potentials for optimal design.Due to the multi-strut arrangement between the upper and lower layers,the stability of the struts and the overall structure are improved.In this paper,five types of drum-shaped honeycomb-type cable domes are proposed,with uni-strut layout,dual-strut layout,tri-strut layout,and two types of quad-strut layouts,respectively.Among these novel cable domes,comparative studies are carried out on the arrangement of cable rods,connection types,topological relationships,construction difficulty,establishment of nodal equilibrium equations,and initial prestress analyses.Parametric analysis of the prestress state based on a calculation example is also performed in this paper.This study can provide new ideas and solutions for the selection,design and construction of cable dome structures.
