摘要 某金矿通过研究与应用旋流器分级新技术、活衬耐磨材料组合、大规格旋流器等精细化、大型化措施,提高了旋流器分级效率,降低了磨机循环负荷,减少了备件成本,改善了后续浮选作业回收率。 Through the research and application of new classification technology of cyclone, the combination of movable lining wear-resistant materials, measures for finely controlled and large-sized cyclone etc. in a gold mine, the classification efficiency of cyclone was improved, the circulating load of mill was reduced, the cost of spare parts was reduced, and the recovery rate of subsequent flotation was increased.
