摘要
介绍了首钢股份有限公司炼铁作业部球团作业区一系列120万t/a球团生产线控制氮氧化物的操作控制和技术应用的基本情况。对如何提升链篦机-回转窑氧化球生产过程中氮氧化物控制能力进行了论述,对低温SCR脱硝系统日常出现的问题进行研究分析,针对氮氧化物外排控制需求,对首钢球团一系列生产线及现有的低温SCR脱硝工艺基础上进行一系列适应性升级改造,实施后达到了预期的效果。
The basic situation of a series of nitrogen oxide operation control and technical application for 1.2 MTPA pelletizing production line in the pelletizing operation area of Shougang iron-making department is introduced. This paper discusses how to improve the nitrogen oxide control ability in the traveling grate-rotary kiln oxidized pellets production process, and studies and analyzes the daily problems of the low-temperature SCR denitration system. In view of the demand for nitrogen oxide emission control, a series of adaptive upgrades have been carried out based on Shougang’s pelletizing production line and the existing low-temperature SCR denitration process, and the expected results have been achieved after implementation.
