摘要 电动机作为电能转换为机械能的机械装置,目前早已扩散到工农业主要生产及平时生活中的各个层面。作为系统的最重要或核心硬件设备,电机对整个操作系统的安全性、可靠正常运行拥有极为关键的效用。如果发动机质量不高,故障频发,不仅会影响生产运行,还会影响经济的快速发展,造成严重的经济损失和不良的社会影响。因此,本文首先介绍了电机转子安全检测的意义和相关方法,然后重点介绍了发动机转子流量检测装置的设计和应用,希望能为电机安全相关研究提供一些参考。 As a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, electric motors have penetrated into all aspects of industrial and agricultural production and daily life. As the key or core equipment of the system, the motor plays a vital role in the safe and reliable operation of the entire system. If the quality of the engine is not high and the failure occurs frequently, it will not only affect the production and operation, but also affect the rapid development of the economy, causing serious economic losses and adverse social impacts. Therefore,this paper first introduces the significance and related methods of motor rotor safety detection, and then focuses on the design and application of the engine rotor flow detection device, hoping to provide some references for motor safety related research.
