摘要
角位移传感器是军用航空领域常用的传感器之一,应用于不同环境下的传感器要求有所不同。针对某型飞机推进系统配套传感器线性度要求高、温度范围宽、振动量高、可靠性要求高的需求,基于电磁感应的原理设计得到定转子参数,通过支撑设计、材料选型、密封性设计等结构设计,研制得到一款4线制的角位移传感器。经实际试验验证表明,该型传感器线性度好、抗振性佳、耐温度范围宽,能够满足既定的使用要求。
Angular displacement sensor is one of the sensors commonly used in the field of military aviation. The requirements of sensors applied in different environments are different. For a certain type of aircraft propulsion system matching sensors require high linearity, wide temperature range, the vibration magnitude of high demand, high reliability requirements, based on the principle of electromagnetic induction design to get the rotor parameters, through the support design, material selection, sealing design, such as structure design,developed by a four wire system of angular displacement sensor. The actual test shows that the sensor has good linearity, good vibration resistance and wide temperature resistance range, which can meet the established requirements of use.
