摘要
为了在生产线系统建立与实施前对其性能进行评估,本文以传动系统装配生产线为研究对象,运用AutoMod仿真试验平台,建立其实体三维可视化模型;探讨基于装配工艺流程的工艺布局规划仿真,根据模型的仿真结果对系统运行参数和性能进行分析,得到操作人员、加工设备的利用率等指标,为生产线布局的优化提供理论依据。
In order to evaluate the performance of the production line system before the establishment and implementation, this paper takes the transmission system assembly line as the research object, and uses the AutoMod simulation test platform to establish its entity three-dimensional visualization model. This paper discusses the simulation of process layout planning based on assembly process flow, analyzes the operating parameters and performance of the system according to the simulation results of the model, obtains the utilization ratio of operators and processing equipment and other indicators, and provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of production line layout.
