纯电动扫路车动力系统匹配设计与整车开发

摘要 结合纯电动扫路车的具体开发项目,针对整车的动力性、续航里程设计目标,结合车辆实际使用工况下的转矩需求、功率需求、电量需求,研究探索了纯电动动力系统、电池系统的设计计算方法,并重点研究了作业装置的功率计算方法,结果表明整车的电池系统需要重点考虑作业装置的功率消耗与电量需求,还需要考虑电池的放电深度与衰减特性。开发的纯电动扫路车在批量上市后,满足了各类用户的实际需求,表明了本文的设计计算方法是合理、可行的。 Combined with the development of a type of electric road sweeper, for the power performance, range of design goals,combined the actual torque requirements, power demand, power requirements, study to explore the electric power system, and the design and calculation method of battery, and focuses on the power calculation method of the work unit The results show that the battery system of the vehicle should focus on the power consumption and power demand of the operating device, as well as the discharge depth and attenuation characteristics of the battery. After the pure electric road sweeper is put on the market in batches, it meets the actual needs of all kinds of users, which shows that the design and calculation method in this paper is reasonable and feasible.
