城市老龄群体健康管理服务系统研究

Research on Health Management Service System of Urban Elderly

从服务设计的思维探索城市老龄化健康管理系统设计,旨在提升城市老龄化群体的健康医疗体验。从现有健康管理的研究现状以及服务设计研究方法出发,贯彻以用户为中心的原则,通过问卷调查、用户访谈的方法对中国矿业大学文昌校区的老龄化群体进行用户调研并构建用户画像,以确定目标用户。对用户在整个就医体检流程中的行为特征和心理感受进行分析,构建用户旅程地图,定义目标的真实需求,找寻设计机会点。依托服务设计思维,综合考虑利益相关者之间的关系构建产品系统图,由此确定整个服务流程并绘制成服务蓝图。最终结合产品设计和交互设计方法完成城市老龄化健康管理系统设计,为相关研究领域提供参考。

Explore the design of urban elderly health management system from the thinking of service design, in order to improve the health and medical experience of urban elderly. Starting from the current research status of health management and the research methods of service design, and implementing the principle of user-centered, this paper investigates the elderly groups in Wenchang campus of China University of mining and technology through questionnaires and user interviews, and constructs user portraits to determine the target users.Analyze the behavior characteristics and psychological feelings of users in the whole medical examination process, build the user journey map, define the real needs, and look for design opportunities. Relying on the service design thinking and comprehensively considering the relationship between stakeholders, build the product system diagram, so as to determine the whole service process and draw the service blueprint. Finally, the design of urban aging health management system is completed by combining product design and interactive design methods, so as to provide reference for relevant research fields.
