摘要
以价格低廉硅溶胶为硅源,采用酸催化结合一步溶胶–凝胶法,使用PPA作为化学干燥剂、HMDS作为表面改性剂,结合常压干燥制备SiO_(2)气凝胶复合绝热毡。测试结果表明,当PPA添加量为2%、HMDS添加量为10%、常压分级干燥时,制备的SiO_(2)气凝胶复合绝热毡结构和性能最好,最终导热系数为0.021 W/(m·K)。
SiO_(2)aerogel composite insulation felt was prepared by atmospheric drying, and use the cheap silica sol as silicon source, acid catalysis combined with one-step sol-gel method, PPA as chemical desiccant and HMDS as surface modifier. The test results show that when the PPA content is 2 %, HMDS content is 10 % and the atmospheric pressure is graded drying, the structure and performance of SiO_(2) aerogel composite insulation felt is the best, and the final thermal conductivity is 0.021W/(m·K).
