摘要
结合具体工程案例进行分析,旨在如何有效、安全地完成超大型大跨度连跨双层屋面钢网架结构的施工,逐一对每一步骤控制重点进行描述,通过“施工步骤的精细分解,施工顺序的科学规划,各阶段模型的逐一验算,新型提升措施的设计和应用,有效地统筹施工管理”,确定“地面分区拼装–分区不等位整体多段提升–分阶段补杆–整体同步卸载–按顺序依次拆除提升支架/补杆(定位)”的施工方法顺利安全地完成施工工作,确保结构受力符合设计要求,该施工方法的选择在缩短施工周期的同时,降低了施工成本,且可达到绿色、环保的施工管理要求,并总结出一套完整的管理流程、方法。
This paper analyzed concrete engineering case and described all important control points to discuss how to effectively and safely carry out construction of super-large wide and multispan double-layer roof steel grid structure. The construction method of ground assembly, divided uneven lifting, compensation rod setting in different phases, integral synchronous unloading, ordered dismantlement of lifting support/compensation rod(positioning) was adopted to successfully complete the construction and guarantee the structural force to be compliant to the design requirements, through refined division of construction steps and scientific planning of construction sequence, verification of each model, design and application of new lifting measures and effective construction management.This construction method could shorten the construction period, reduce construction cost and satisfy the management requirements for green construction and environmental protection. A full set of management flow and method were summarized.
