基于防火视角的管廊工程韧性评价研究

摘要 针对评价综合管廊抵抗火灾灾害能力水平的问题,以北京通州区某综合管廊项目为背景,依靠理论分析和专家访谈法,从综合管廊的防火安全角度建立综合管廊的韧性评价指标体系,构建了1个目标层和结构耐火、防火分隔等6个准则层及结构耐火极限等25个指标层指标的评价指标体系,然后利用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标权重,利用模糊综合评判法建立综合管廊评判模型,对北京通州综合管廊进行韧性评价,并用加权分布法进行评价结果检验,研究结果表明:北京某综合管廊项目防火韧性水平为良好等级,与实际情况较为符合,研究结果可以为同类型管廊韧性评价提供参考。 Underground utility tunnel is a modern, scientific and intensive large-scale urban infrastructure. In view of the fire resistance demand and ability level of utility tunnel, taking Tongzhou utility tunnel project in Beijing as the background, the fire resistance performance of the utility tunnel is analyzed, and the toughness evaluation index system of utility tunnel is established from the perspective of fire safety of utility tunnel. The evaluation index system of one criterion layer, six benchmark layer indexes such as structural fire resistance and fire separation, and 25 index layer indexes such as structural fire resistance limit are constructed. Then the evaluation model of comprehensive pipe gallery is established by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the toughness of Beijing comprehensive pipe gallery. The evaluation results show that the toughness level of Beijing utility tunnel project is good. Finally, according to the evaluation results, some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
