摘要
以某工程项目艺术演艺中心为载体,对剧院中部台唇区域大跨度、500 mm×1 600 mm大截面、多层超高孤立型钢混凝土梁的模架支撑体系、型钢梁底部钢筋安装及梁侧模板加固方式进行研究,最终决定采用承插型盘扣式脚手架“暗柱+抱梁拉结”方案、“型钢梁无底模钢筋逆装施工工法”“梁侧模无对拉螺杆加固工艺”进行施工,确保了施工质量、提高了安全性、缩短了工期。
Taking an art performing arts center of an engineering project as the carrier, the formwork support system of multi-storey ultra-high isolated steel concrete beam with large span and large section of 500 mm×1600 mm in the middle platform area of the theater, the installation of steel bars at the bottom of the steel beam and the reinforcement method of formwork at the side of the beam are studied. The final decision to adopt the socket type tray type scaffold "hidden column + girder tie" scheme, "steel beam bottom formless reinforcement construction method", "beam side formwork without a pair of drawing screw reinforcement technology" for construction, to ensure the construction quality, improve the safety, shorten the construction period.
