摘要 以氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝为阻燃剂,经化学处理并对聚丙烯阻燃改性,再通过模塑工艺制得阻燃聚丙烯。通过改变阻燃剂用量、改性剂种类及用量来考察阻燃效果及聚丙烯的力学性能。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了阻燃剂与聚合物基体间的界面状况,采用氧指数仪考察了聚烯烃的阻燃性能,采用万能材料试验机对阻燃聚丙烯的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,随改性剂用量增加聚丙烯极限氧指数增加,且以氢氧化铝阻燃性能最好;而阻燃聚丙烯的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度情况各不相同。 In this paper,chemically treated magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide were used as flame retardants to prepare polypropylene by molding process.The flame retardant effect and mechanical properties of polypropylene were investigated by changing the amount of flame retardant,the type and amount of modifier. The interface between the flame retardant and the polymer matrix was observed by scanning electron microscope. The flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of polypropylene were investigated by limiting oxygen index and universal material testing machine,respectively.The results show that the limiting oxygen index of polypropylene increases with the increase of the amount of modifier,and aluminum hydroxide has the best flame retardant performance. However, the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength of flame retardant polypropylene are complicated.
