摘要
载银TiO_(2)纳米抗菌材料具有良好的耐候性,在抗菌、抑菌领域具有潜在的应用前景。银系TiO_(2)纳米抗菌材料展现两种材料的协同抗菌机理,一方面释放出Ag^(+),导致细菌失活实现抗菌功能;另一方面TiO_(2)半导体材料在光照下产生光催化效应,产生活性氧物种,与细胞内有机物作用,失活细菌达到抗菌目标。介绍了载银TiO_(2)纳米材料的制备方法;抗菌性能;抗菌、抑菌机理,分析了应用优势;最后对载银TiO_(2)纳米抗菌、抑菌材料的未来进行了总结和展望。
As one of inorganic antibacterial nanocomposite,silver-loaded TiO_(2)nanocomposite is a good antibacterial and bacterial-inhibited materials because of its excellent mechanical properties.In recent years,silver-loaded TiO_(2),which demonstrated certain mechanical strength and good durability,has draw great attention and become research hotspot. Commonly,silver loaded TiOantibacterial materials can leads to inactivation of bacterial owing to the following effects.one is the releasing Agcan react with the cell content,finally leads to inactivation of bacteria. other is the photocatalytic effect. TiO_(2)can produce a large number of reactive oxygen species under the conditions of illumination,which can react with intracellular organic matter,resulting in bacterial deactivation.In this review,the fabrication of inorganic antibacterial agents was firstly introduced,followed by research progress discussion on antibacterial property, antibacterial mechanism and application of silver-loaded TiO_(2). In the end, the future development of silver-loaded TiO_(2)antibacterial materials was summarized and prospected.
