摘要
蓼科植物大黄是临床常用中药,富含大黄多糖,具有多种生物活性。本文综述了大黄多糖的提取方法、结构及其药理活性,以期为开发大黄植物资源、大黄多糖的研究及其应用提供参考。
Polygonaceae plant rhubarb is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinic. It is rich inrhubarb polysaccharideand has various biological activities. This paper reviews the extraction methods,structures and pharmacological activities of rhubarb polysaccharides,in order to provide references for the development of rhubarb plant resources,research and applications ofrhubarb polysaccharides.
