摘要 工作电极是电化学检测的核心部件,电极的稳定性是考察电极性能和决定检测效果的重要指标。本实验采用电化学还原的方法对ITO进行刻蚀,并以金材料为例对刻蚀后的电极进行修饰。通过改变相关技术参数,结合扫描电镜等表征方法,制备出了电化学性能好、机械稳定性高的金修饰的ITO电极。并以该修饰电极为工作电极,结合电化学阳极溶出伏安法,发展了灵敏检测铜的分析方法。该电极在实际环境样品分析检测中展现出较好的稳定性,实现了对环境水体中铜含量的测定。 The working electrode is the core part of electrochemical detection.The stability of the electrode is an important index to evaluate the electrode performance and determine the detection effect.In this experiment,the ITO was etched via electrochemical reduction method, and the etched electrode was modified with gold material. Gold modified ITO electrodes with good electrochemical properties and high mechanical stability were prepared by changing the relevant technical parameters with using scanning electron microscopy and other characterization methods.A sensitive copper detection method was developed by combining the modified electrode with electrochemical stripping voltammetry.The electrode realizes the detection of copper content in the environmental water with good stability in the actual environmental sample analysis.
