摘要
随着化学驱研究不断深入,乳化作用作为化学驱提高采收率的一个重要机理不断被提及,但是目前针对化学驱配方筛选过程中,如何设计体系乳化程度,平衡乳化和界面张力的关系没有明确说法。辽河根据自身油品性质,建立适合复杂油品的乳状液制备方法和评价手段,并利用辽河油田不同区块化学驱配方设计室内研究,从聚/表二元驱、三元驱两个方式考虑配方设计乳化程度思路,即化学驱中乳化强度不宜过高,追求中等乳化程度,其中聚/表二元驱要首先保证界面张力达到超低,兼顾乳化;三元驱中首选实现乳化中等低浓度弱碱三元。
With the deepening of chemical flooding research,emulsification has been mentioned as an important mechanism of chemical flooding to enhance oil recovery.However,at present,there is no clear statement on how to design the emulsification degree of the system and balance the relationship between emulsification and interfacial tension in the process of chemical flooding formula screening.Based on the laboratory study of chemical flooding formula design in different blocks of Liaohe Oilfield,the emulsification degree of formula design is considered from two ways of polymer-surfactant binary flooding and ternary flooding.That is,polymer-surfactant binary flooding should first ensure that the interfacial tension reaches ultra-low and give consideration to emulsification.
