折流板间距对六分螺旋折流板换热器壳程传热性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过fluent软件在相同的进口速度、进口温度和换热管壁面温度下对不同折流板间距的六分螺旋折流板换热器模型进行壳程性能模拟,对折流板间距为50,55,60,65,70 mm且螺旋角都为10°的换热器的压降、传热系数和综合性能进行对比分析,最后通过JF因子来比较分析其壳程综合性能。研究结果表明:六分式螺旋折流板换热器的压降值随着折流板间距的增大而减小;传热系数随着折流板间距的增大而减小;综合性能随着折流板间距增大而增大。通过对JF因子的比较分析发现折流板间距为70 mm的六分螺旋折流板换热器的性能最优。 The shell travel performance simulation of the six spiral baffle heat exchanger model with different baffle spacing is simulated by fluent software at the same inlet speed,inlet temperature and heat exchanger wall temperature,and the pressure drop,heat transfer coefficient and comprehensive performance of the heat exchanger with the baffle spacing of 50,55,60,65 and70 mm and the spiral angle are all 10°,and finally the comprehensive performance of the shell range is compared and analyzed by JF factor.The results show that the pressure drop value of the six spiral baffle heat exchanger decreases with the increase of the baffle spacing,and the heat transfer coefficient decreases with the increase of the baffle spacing.The overall performance increases as baffle spacing increases. Through the comparative analysis of JF factor,it is found that the six spiral baffle heat exchanger with a spacing of 70 mm is the best.
